To take a high quality picture, simply click on the camera button with a HD note (5). This will open a request on a mobile device or smart glasses to access the camera and both an expert and subscriber can take a picture.
The quality relies on the device's camera and not internet connection, therefore, it is convenient to use even if the internet connection is low.
