It is possible to complete workflows even without an internet connection. This is especially helpful when working in remote areas or where internet connection is not stable.
1. To work offline, first you should download assigned workflows to your mobile device while being online. To download a workflow, click on a white arrow icon on the right side.
2. Once a workflow is downloaded, a blue arrow icon will appear next to it.
3. You can complete your workflow in the same way as working online. The submitted report will be automatically send once the internet connection is restored.
