If you want to report an issue, ask for a feature or have a general inquiry, use the feedback form at the bottom of the main menu in app.vsight.io.
Choose the category of your report and fill in further information. If you want to report a product issue, please provide as much information as possible. For general inquiries or feature requests, it is enough to provide information in obligatory fields.
The report will go directly to our Customer Success unit, and someone from our team will reach out to you either to update you on the status of your report or ask for more additional information.
