After the end of the session, experts can export the content of the session and receive it by email. This session export includes all text messages, all shared original files, snapshots, and images, as well as their edited versions.
Step 1: The .ZIP file can be downloaded via a link provided in the session export email.
In case the session has been recorded, you will find an email where you can play the .mp4 file again.
Step 2: With a right-click, you will be offered different possibilities to download the video or share it via different means.
If you want to access the session export at a later time, please contact your admin, as recordings are stored in the admin panel.
Please note that recording of a session is only available with an ULTIMATE license.
