How can I edit or delete a ticket?

You can edit or delete your tickets easily,
Step 1: Click on the "TICKETS" button in the main menu to go to the detailed view of all tickets created.
Step 2: To edit the information and settings of the tickets later on, please click on the turquoise “EDIT” button in the upper right corner of the detailed overview of the respective ticket (see Fig. 22).
Step 3: Please save your changes to complete the process.
Step 4: If you want to delete a ticket, you will find the "DELETE TICKET" button when scrolling down in the edit mode of the ticket.
