You can easily view sessions,


Step 1: To view detailed information of a specific session, click on the respective session within the list of all sessions. 

  • This will open the window below with more details about the session. (1)

  • The options to export all content of the session (2), with access to all session recordings (3), to all shared files (4), as well as all messages from the chat (5)

  • For more information on how to download session content and recording click "How can I see the session report?".
