How can I use the pre-call test on VSight Remote?

We encourage you to run a Pre-Call test before joining your first session for checking to see if your;
Hardware setup, Connection to servers, and Audio/Video Quality work.
To run the test,
Step 1: Click on the PRE CALL test button on the Main Menu and then select "Run Pre-call Test".
Step 2: The test will run automatically, and you will see the results in approximately 1 minute.
Step 3: Check the Admin Panel with your Expert if you have connection problems.
