How to log in to VSight Remote,


Step 1: Go to https://app.vsight.io/login to log in.

  • Please use one of the following browsers to access this page: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Chromium 79+, Safari 12, or later.

Step 2: Fill in all the necessary fields with your information, then click on log in.

  • Enter the name of your account. (1)

  • As well as your personal access data in the form of a username. (2)

  • And the associated password. (3)

  •  You can get this information from your admin. 

  • If you no longer have your access data at hand or have forgotten your password, please contact your admin to create a new password for you.

  • If you want your account name to be saved for future logins, select the "Remember account name" checkbox. (4)


If you forget or don't remember your credentials, contact the admin of your account.


Step 3: If you are in China, you should check the "Use China Accessible Servers" box to be able to use the app. (5)

  • Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu. (6)

  • The language can still be changed at any later time point in the application. 

  • Please note that you can't be logged in from different devices at the same time. 

  • When you log in to another device you will be logged out automatically from the first device and see a popup warning that states you are logged in to another session.

As an add-on VSight offers the single sign-on (SSO) function or the integration of your Azure Active Directory(AD). (8) Please contact your administrator in this regard.


Step 4: Finally, click on 'LOG IN' (7) to access the platform.


Step 5: To log out of the platform, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner, and select “Logout” from the drop-down.

Please note that you cannot be logged in to multiple devices at the same time.
