What Is Instant Call?

Instant Call enables users to connect with one or multiple participants immediately without prior scheduling. Unlike Meetings or Work Groups, an Instant Call does not require predefined invitations or setup, making it easy to connect with any user.

How to Start an Instant Call

On Desktop or Web Application

1️⃣ Open the VSight Connected Worker Platform and log in.

2️⃣ Click on New Remote Session button and select Start an Instant Call 

3️⃣ Select the user(s) you want to call. 

✅ Tip: Ensure your browser supports microphone and camera access for optimal performance.

On Mobile Devices (iOS & Android)

1️⃣ Open the VSight Remote App.

2️⃣ Go to the Users tab. 3️⃣ Tap on the desired contact(s).

4️⃣ Click Call Selected Users to start an instant session. 

✅ Pro Tip: Use a strong Wi-Fi connection for a stable video and audio experience.

On Smart Glasses

1️⃣ Open the VSight Remote App on your smart glasses.

2️⃣ Navigate to the Users tab.

3️⃣ Select the contact(s) and use voice commands  to initiate the call. 

✅ Tip: Keep your smart glasses fully charged for uninterrupted calls.

By leveraging the Instant Call function in VSight Remote, users can improve response times, enhance communication, and provide real-time support effortlessly.
