Introduction

Your VSight Remote account is pre-created for you! 🎉 Once your company is onboarded, you’ll receive a welcome PDF containing your login credentials, user manuals, and getting started information. This guide will walk you through accessing your account, logging in from different devices, and troubleshooting login issues.


1. Receiving Your VSight Remote Credentials

Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a PDF attachment that includes:

Your login credentials (email & temporary password)
Where to log in (web portal & app links)
Download links for user manuals
Getting started instructions

📩 Check your inbox for the PDF and make sure to download it for future reference.


2. Logging In to VSight Remote

Once you have your credentials, follow these steps to log in:

📲 Logging in from a Mobile Device

1️⃣ Download the VSight Remote app from the App Store or the Google Play Market on your iOS or Android device.
2️⃣ Open the app and enter your account name, username and password. Alternatively, you can use a QR code to log in.
3️⃣ Tap “Log In”, and you’re ready to start!


💻 Logging in from a Web Browser

1️⃣ Open Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge and go to app.vsight.io.
2️⃣ Enter your account name, username and password from the welcome PDF.
3️⃣ Click “Log In” to access your dashboard.


🕶️ Logging in from Smart Glasses

1️⃣ Launch the VSight Remote app on your smart glasses.
2️⃣ Use voice commands or a touchpad to enter your account name, username and password. Alternatively, you can use a QR code to log in.
3️⃣ Sign in and start using VSight hands-free!


3. Changing Your Temporary Password

For security, it’s recommended to change your password after your first login:

1️⃣ Go to Users in the VSight Connected Worker Platform.
2️⃣ Select “Change Password” and enter a new secure password.
3️⃣ Save your changes and use your new password for future logins.


4. Common Login Issues & Solutions

🔹 Didn’t receive the welcome email or PDF? → Check your spam/junk folder or contact your VSight admin.
🔹 Not able to log in? → Ensure you’ve entered your credentials exactly as shown, including uppercase/lowercase letters.
🔹 Forgot your new password? → Contact your account admin to change password.

🔹 SSO Issues? Contact your IT administrator if you experience trouble with Single Sign-On.

🔹 Multiple Devices? You cannot be logged into multiple devices simultaneously. Log out from the previous device before signing in on a new one.

🔹 Login from China? If accessing VSight Connected Worker Platform from China, enable the “I’m logging in from China” checkbox before logging in.
