Live Stream Collaboration

📌 Important: This function requires the other user’s camera to be active and transmitting a live stream.

How to Start Live Stream Collaboration

1️⃣ Enable Live Pointer.

2️⃣ Select Pointer color.

3️⃣ Select Pointer shape.

4️⃣ Annotate on live video feed. 

File Collaboration

VSight Remote supports pdf and image collaboration with annotation tools and real-time sharing features.

✅ Supported File Types – Upload and collaborate on PNG, JPEG, JPG, and PDF files.

✅ Snapshot & Image Capture – Save snapshots in chat for editing and documentation.

✅ HD Images – Capture high quality images for collaboration in poor network conditions.

✅ Instant File Access – Click on files in chat to open them for annotation. 

PDF Collaboration

1️⃣ Undo & Redo – Use arrow keys to revert or restore annotations.

2️⃣ Reset - Remove all annotations.

3️⃣ Zoom – Adjust view with magnification tools.

4️⃣ Navigation – Adjust view with navigation tools.

5️⃣ Show/ hide - shows or hides annotation options

6️⃣ Color & Stroke Selection – Customize annotations with various colors and thickness options. 

7️⃣ Freehand Drawing & Shapes – Use the pen tool for drawings.

8️⃣ Text Fields – Insert and edit text boxes for clear documentation.

9️⃣ Shapes – add scalable shapes.

🔟 Save & Download – Capture and save edits as a .JPEG file, automatically listed in chat.

📌 Important: Once placed, annotations cannot be moved but can be undone. Only web app users can save edited versions.
📌 Important: It is not possible to annotate from android devices (mobiles and smart glasses).

Image Collaboration

Collaboration on images files offers additional functionalities combined with the ones shown in pdf collaboration. Additional functions include:

1️⃣ Live Pointer – Use to point directly on image.

2️⃣ Move - Adjust already placed annotations.

3️⃣ Warning Signs – Select from a list of possible symbols to warn about rotation direction or any possible hazard. 

4️⃣ Download – Download the edited version.

✅ Tip: the final version of collaboration is always saved automatically once it is closed and displayed in the chat, as well as session export, so there is no need to download each time.
